Translating services
All NHS organisations provide translation services.
NHS Swindon has access to the Language Line Services. This enables us to communicate effectively with people of all nationalities.
How do I access the translation services?
If you are visiting Patient Advice Liasion Service (PALS) to make a complaint or compliment and if english is your second language, you can request the services of a translator. This may be by face-to-face or by telephone. All of it is designed to help you.
Sign language translation
NHS Swindon also provides the facility to use a signer for the British Sign Language. For more information about the translation services or sign language translator, you can contact PALS by email: palscomments@swindon-pct.nhs.uk.
If english is not your native language, please read this document.
