The role of the valuing people project manager is to:
- Maintain the learning disability register.
- Support general practitioner’s (GPs) with learning disability registers and health action planning.
- To ensure that all people with learning disabilities have access to health action planning and person centred planning.
- To provide information, advice and training for people with learning disabilities, carers and services.
