Seqol and the Great Western Hospital work very closely together to ensure that people are discharged from hospital safely and are able to return to normal life as quickly as possible.

We are able to provide extra support to older people, disabled people (aged over 18 years), people with injuries or illnesses and carers.

This extra support can be provided in many ways.
