How are clinical governance decisions made

The clinical governance team support both the commissioning directorate (NHS Swindon) and provider services (Care and Support Swindon) as well as children’s community health services.

Many external regulatory bodies monitor the Trust such as the Care Quality Commission, which regulate the care that the Trust delivers to the residents of Swindon and the surrounding areas.
