Conference - Better support for Swindon’s carers: Building on our vision for supporting carers across health and social care

On 27 July 2010, leading Carers’ Rights lawyer, Professor Luke Clements delivered an interesting and enlightening talk about ‘Meeting the needs of carers in challenging times’.

This was followed by a number of carers talking about their experiences of their caring role.  Other topics covered were dementia, young carers and the personalisation agenda.
